HBFD-C Series

Containerized PSA nitrogen generator is a fully integrated, skid-mounted nitrogen production system housed in a standard ISO container, using pressure swing adsorption technology with customized low-pressure-drop molecular sieve to produce high-purity nitrogen (95%-99.999%) on-site. It features a multi-tower structure (four-tower, six-tower, or eight-tower configurations) for stable pressure output, equipped with Hongbo's self-developed airflow distribution system and 14 pneumatic valves for optimal air-nitrogen ratio and energy efficiency.

  • Advanced Molecular Sieve: Using the low-pressure-drop molecular sieve customized by Hongbo, compared with conventional low-pressure-drop molecular sieves, it can further improve the separation efficiency of oxygen and nitrogen in the air.
